At first I had high hopes for them as a new customer. They "repaired" my starter quickly when I installed it the solenoid was bad, meaning they never tested it. I took it back and they said it would be a week, 3 mo later I called, they said it was done. When I called to let them know my father was going to stop by and pick it up, suddenly it was not done nor did they know where it was. Would not recommend this business. Had my starter for almost 4 months, kept saying that my armature needed re-done and was supposedly sent to a place in Chicago and it would be an extra 2 to 3 weeks, which was fine with me. When you call, they aren't friendly and have no issue hanging up on you. They tell you they will "get with the boss and have him call you." This never happens either, so you are left in the dark as they have no clue where your part is, when it will be done, etc..... At almost the 4 month mark I asked for ... read more
Guy who answers phone was very ignorant to any questions whenever I called for update and would refer me to their technician. Would then try to leave messages for technician/owner to call back and they never would. Then after failed attempts to contact anyone for information, I gave up and called to come pick up my alternator (after them having it for 2 months) and then the guy didn’t know where it was…. This shop is the only place that I will get my starters and alternators they are fair priced have a lot of knowledge and quick service
