Scheduled last week for 9am this morning. Please no they reconfirmed on Monday for today. No show. No call. I called and spoke with the scheduler at 9:25. She called Lane. The scheduler called me back to say he was sick. I explained that not hearing from them was unacceptable. Can't imagine he wasn't sick at 8am. Obviously people get sick. We had to move furniture in order for our job to be completed. The scheduler was very helpful and told me she will call Lane to see if he will be sending someone else. We called Quickpro to fix some cracks in our walls and solve issues we was having with our kitchen sink. We had a return call within 15min. and had the service scheduled for the next day. Robert was very polite and very attentive to our needs. Work was excellent. Took a little longer than expected, but Robert was very matriculate in his work, so it was worth it. We will recommend Quickpro to all of our friends.
