I was pleasantly surprised. Honestly, the exterior of the clinic wasn’t too attractive - I was a little skeptical … handwritten signs on door, a little debris from empty lot next door BUT QUICKMED’s customer service and care by the front desk, clinical staff and NP McGuire was excellent. Very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable, streamlined process. I had a great experience at this urgent care! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The wait time was short, and the facility was clean and well-organized. I really appreciated the efficient and compassionate care. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing quick, quality medical attention!
I was there to bee seen and that urgent care was really fast! The staff was super efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Am Ruta was really nice too! She took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable during my visit. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciated how well they handled everything!
