Dr. Lisa is a saint. Beyond qualified and the best doctor I have had in years.
Had a massive headache and very high blood pressure for a week. They did a COVID test, said I had a sinus infection and wouldn't prescribe antibiotics! The doctor said she didn't want me being to be antibiotic dependent! I haven't had antibiotics in years! She said bye and that's it! Had to go to my doctor, three days later. Headache gone. BP lower!
I went in a few days before Christmas for help since no other urgent care was open, around 30 min before close. I’ve never been to quickmed before so I had to do paperwork, and I was nervous they’d be upset with how late I was in. However it was the opposite- they were incredibly kind, patient, helpful and friendly. I had a hard time signing due to my hand being swollen, but even with horrendous hand writing they were able to read it and get me medical attention asap. I walked in at 9 o’clock. The doctor was late. I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for her to walk in and then another 10 minutes for her to actually get ready. The floors was dirty early in the morning carpet was dirty. They didn’t clean anything then wipe nothing down. Customer care was terrible. She gave me a breathing treatment. It was supposed to come back. Check on me to see how I was doing. She did not there was no follow up. She just sent me on my way. Totally unprofessional waited 1.5 hours for a DOT random Drug screen. There were no other patients here however their Uber eats order came perhaps that was a factor..... as a local CDL driver I almost didn't make it home before my 14 gour clock ran out
