I walked in at 9 o’clock. The doctor was late. I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for her to walk in and then another 10 minutes for her to actually get ready. The floors was dirty early in the morning carpet was dirty. They didn’t clean anything then wipe nothing down. Customer care was terrible. She gave me a breathing treatment. Totally unprofessional waited 1.5 hours for a DOT random Drug screen. There were no other patients here however their Uber eats order came perhaps that was a factor..... as a local CDL driver I almost didn't make it home before my 14 gour clock ran out
I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to this clinic. I went in because I was experiencing sharp, constant, excruciating pain where my kidney is and was concerned it might be a kidney infection. The doctor never examined my abdomen or tried to identify the source of the pain. Communication throughout the visit was poor — I provided a urine sample, but it’s been five days and I still haven’t received my lab results or any follow-up.
