Nothing but a bunch of incompetent workers! These idiots lost my urine specimen for a drug test that was supposed to be instant results! I watched the girl take it and never write my babe on the cup but you’d think a person knew what they were doing! She his cost me a job assignment and work which equals me missing out on money! I feel as if it was intentionally done! How do you forgot to include the paperwork with a urine specimen for the lab to pick up!? I’m calling an attorney

Update as of 6/7/25 , they have sent this 50$ payment to collections . Instead of contacting me , or the insurance to correct their mistake they sent it to collections , very vindictive and unprofessional. Buyer beware! I visited this urgent care on a Sunday, only to be told that their system does not process insurance on that day. The staff informed me that I would likely receive a bill, which I would need to submit to my insurance myself.
