Very unprofessional place they couldn't even get my drug test right they shipped out my specimen with no paperwork incompetence
Took my 5 yr old here with a slightly swollen wrist who was complaining of bad pain. Aside from being the second people there and waiting almost an hour to be seen, they eventually took X-rays of the wrist, said a radiologist would look at it, although the doc came in pretty swiftly after the X-rays and checked out the wrist physically, said it wasn’t broken, not sprained, probably just bruised and said give him Tylenol. Conveniently located, but no urgency for urgent care. Wait was over an hour. After being there for two hours and speaking with staff, for less than 10 minutes, our prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy after verifying the address of where it should be sent.
The staff was super friendly and thorough. Being able to schedule an appointment and fill out paperwork ahead of time really cut down the amount of time I had to be there. I highly recommend.
I was very nervous for my hair follicle test, because I have natural curls that are typically difficult for others to handle and take a long time to grow out. I get worried for haircuts, let alone something as invasive as a hair follicle test. That being said, Ashley C and Ciera J were so caring and accommodating to me and showed excellent communication skills and person-centered care. They did not ask me to write a review, but I wanted to show my gratitude.
