NP was good, fast, and helpful! The receptionist was rude. I scheduled my appointment online, which was quite convenient and allowed me to fill out the reason for visit, enter my ID and enter my insurance card. However, the receptionist told me I still needed to present ID and insurance card, which I did not bring since I already did it online. She told me it is posted in the lobby!! How would I know that at home??!! I had to drive back home get the cards and lose my appointment time and waiting on people who arrived after m... read more
