I highly recommend quick lift garage doors to repair your garage door. I heard a loud bang and noticed one of the cables was slightly flared. The receptionist was kind and made an effort to get me the next available appointment. Yesterday Andy, the service man, arrived on time. He was professional and polite. He answered all of my silly questions. Andy replaced both cables, checked the springs and my motor. I will be booking another service in 2026. Thanks Andy. Julie in Wantirna South.
Thankyou your customer service was fantastic from the start with Brian coming out to measure his knowledge was fantastic. When the installer come to fit the door he was very skilled in his job and completed great work . I highly recommend this company.
I would highly recommend Quicklift Garage Doors to service your electronic Garage Door. The staff member that completed the service today to a very high standard and was very knowledgeable and didn't mind sharing his experience and explaining why a part had to be replaced - very honest explanation - not just changing a part for the sake of it ( rather because it really needed replacing - the staff member showed me the frayed cable) . If you are after great service, great product, timely installation....I strongly suggest going elsewhere! We have had the unpleasure of dealing with these clowns for 3 months now! Carport door was storm damaged, went through insurance who covered the new door. These clowns came and put the door up, didn't finish because they had missing parts, came back 2 weeks later with the wrong parts, came back 2 weeks later missing other parts, told us they had installed a new motor...but didn't! Came back with new motor...and again wro... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. For months I’ve been trying to get my garage door fixed, taken days off work in fact, both times they have sent a message (the time they were suppose to come) cancelling on me. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Do don’t go through this company.
