Have always been happy with these guys.....i stop in and they always check my tire pressure and have patched nail holes FREE of charge...i didn't even buy my tires from them and they are awesome. When I try to tip them sometimes they will take it and sometimes not. I am buying my next set from them for sure!!!
I would not recommend them I went to have my tires rotated and waited then was told to pull my car into the bay to have it done they expected me to wait even longer with nobody in the bays to do the job needless to say I was satisfied up until this experience. would I recommend them. not now as I would rather pay for the rotation then let them treat me like I am s*** needless to say I have money to use for my car and repairs. liars liars and liars – if i could give these guys no stars i would. they are shady, they lie about what they have and promise things that they cant deliver. iv been waiting on tires for over a month for my truck that they said were back ordered. went to the shop down the street and had the tires i wanted the next day. this is not the first dealings iv had with them. i gave them this second chance after they damaged my car the first time. please go somewhere else. I was very happy and satisfied. – I called and asked for a quote, he said $150.00 for 2 new cheap tires. I asked if that was out the door, he said $160.00 out the door. I went there, they were done in about 15 minutes. Great job! They were not very talkative, but very courteous. I wasn't there to socialize, I was there to get a good deal on tires. Mission accomplished.
Sorry Customer Service – They took my money and i received nothing in return. They are some bull s****ing people. You call them and they want return your phone calls. They want give you your money back but keep stringing you along about whats going on about your shipment. I haven't received my shipment and it was paid for on March 23, 2010....DON"T BUY NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!1
Great rims and great prices – I spotted this store on Folsom while running errands and stopped in to check them out. I'd been thinking about new rims for my ride but hadn't decided anything. They had a ton of catalogs and I found some DUB rims I really liked and the dollars were right. They ordered my wheels right then and I came back the next day to get them mounted and balanced. fraud – order some rims and tires for 800.00 through quick collect,have not yet to recieve my product or my money back have many bad reports on ripe-off and through the better business rated an FFF so if u see quick fit tires or tire expert beware
