They Robbed Me,A year later still can't get them to answer my calls, Or return my money...The BBB gave me a Good Rating,on this company... They Should be responsible for my Money, (This is Theft) if I were Taking Thousands of Dollars from people, And Not provide the service I promised, They would lock my Ass Up, How r They getting away with this???
Stay away from this fraudulent so called company. I am in the process of recouping money that they took from me with my financial institution. They did file my I filed taxes and can keep that $1150, but I’m going to get my $650 back as the IRS is still pursuing me as I was promised that the $650 was supposed to be in negotiations with them. When I get done, I will share every possible avenue so that we all get justice from this injust company. No customer service. I’ve been moved from one case manager to another. No teturn calls and I am now being garnished. I have now hired an attorney to try and get my money back for service they never provided. I know it’s goid luck with that. This company is a rip off. Run from them. If I could put negative 10 I would!
I just got robbed, after a number of excuses and bouncing me from one case representative to another, they claim I am safe from the federal. I had been arguing with them a couple months about my state tax and told them it is a big concern. They had me fax everything they needed, guess what? I am being garnished by the state for the amount of $307.00 every 2 weeks! That's 25 percent of my check! Stay away, if you have used them dispute it before you lose a lot of money.
