This company is trash and will trick you into paying “a show of good faith” payment then tell you they will send 2 emails to sign saying “one is for permission to ruin your credit” and “the other is for permission to send an appraiser out” AND “it’ll go towards the deposit or you’ll get it back if you’re not approved” so you just sign going off their word what happens is the appraiser comes out and tells you that you owe more than what the home is worth despite paying on it for 2 years and KEEP THE “SHOW OF GOOD FAITH MONEY”... read more
Stay away from Rocket Mortgage! They are contantly calling to the point of harassment. Minimum 5 times a day. We've told them to stop. We have never had a late/missed payment.
In reviewing current customers of Rocket Mortgage I noticed that the reviews of customers who reported their frustrations and negative feedback during their loan process. I noticed that Rocket Mortgage did not bother to respond to those clients in the same manner than those clients who praised them during their experience.
