Most miserable customer service experience I can remember. Phone tree from hell before getting in queue for real person. 30 minutes and still waiting.
The people I have dealt with have been amazing and extremely helpful, BUT rocket mortgage website is awful. Doesn’t load, kicks me out of uploading documents, kicks me out of the help chat, etc. For such a large PROFITABLE company, yall need to put some of those profits towards a half decent website. Also, your underwriters. Never spoke with any of them directly but I was told the underwriters are the ones putting in tasks for me to complete. The worst! Ever since taking over Mr. Cooper it is impossible to reach anyone by telephone. If you do buy luck get through to a live person - it's a Call Center in another country with reps who have absolutely NO knowledge on how to help or answer your questions.
