I would like to commend excellent customer service where it shines. I'm always intimidated by calling anyone, or even asking anyone for help. When I reached Ashley, she made the process not just helpful, but extremely positive. It was all thanks to her that I was successful in getting paired with a car that I could use to get to work, without being bullied by fancy fees and surcharges.
