I have been in practice 42 years and I have never had a lab hang up on me. They did not want to communicate with me to help with the case. I had them reset the teeth to fix the vertical and they gave me the same set up that I had before(they did not fix it at all). I told them why they did not call me and tell me what they were doing. The owner told me to go to some other lab and hung up.
They do great work. I looked for a dentist that used them and was satisfied with the quality.
