In response to your previous reply, that is just an outright lie. Your own technician acknowledged the levelling was off, then proceeded to fix the levelling. In his report, he noted the levelling "was perfect" WHICH IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE. Why can't you acknowledge you made a mistake. Even in your replies to other posts, you just redirect the blame.
