Quickcare Walk In Clinic: not a walk-in clinic. Appts needed. Drop-ins not allowed. Easily movable portable signage advertising it as a walk-in clinic, however, are high quality, highly visible and almost everywhere in the building.

I visited this walk-in clinic in Waterloo with my young son at 4:50 PM. The clinic’s website states that walk-ins are welcome at any time with no appointment, which is why we came in. However, the receptionist was dismissive and unwilling to check my son in for an assessment. I found the interaction unprofessional and disappointing, especially when seeking care for a child.
