I went in for simple testing and ended up having to do some blood work. I completely passed out during my blood work and I felt horrible but everyone there was really nice and very professional. Even before I passed out everyone was chill, I remember waking up and seeing 20 people infront of me and thinking where the hell am I. I mostly just feel bad for slumping in there but it was clean facility with knowledgeable and caring staff and I wanted to thank them again for their exemplary service.

I am a “snowbird” and had UTI symptoms needing attention. I started out at the Walk In on Kingstown Rd which was scheduled to open at 9am. I arrived early expecting the door to open at 9. Finally at 9:20 I called on my cell as I saw lights on in the office. I was told that until the PA arrived she doesn’t open the office. She said that the PA was due at 9…. Went to Thundermist South County Convenient Care Walk In Center at about 1:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon for a fairly simple, acute problem and RX prescription. They were not busy at all. Visit went great. Clean office. The staff was all very nice. Got test results via patient portal with in a few days. K. Bliss NP was amazing and competent provider! Definitely recommend and will be back if ever needed
I went there while I was on vacation in area and got sick. I think the service was excellent. Less than 20 min waiting which is pretty good. The nurse practitioner sent me all the medications I needed for my cough. Facilities are really neat and pretty.
