Had an ok experience once before. Some issues but not any to put on here. I haven’t been there in months and last time I went in I was a walk in. So I go in today as a walk in, sign in, wait for a reasonable time and then the receptionist calls me up. She rudely asks if I have an apt and if I have a preferred provider. I tell her no. She says very rudely, “We are no longer a Quick Care we are only primary care.” Then answers the phone before I can say anything. Nurse practitioner was rude and not wanting to hear me.... when I questioned her, she said “ Didn’t you hear what I just said?” I was missed diagnosed and spent a week on a medication I didn’t need.
Very friendly. Very quick and professional.
