I’m surprised this place has bad reviews. My son needed a high school sports exam and his doctor couldn’t fit him in for weeks. This clinic was able to see him within two days. We also got a flu shot while we were there. All staff was on point, professional and courteous. What more can you ask for?

(UPDATE, READ FULLY) 1/30/2023 Appointment for 5:40pm; showed up at 5:00pm and filled out online patient portal information, logged back in and received confirmation of “Checked in” All parking lot spots were full in front of care facility for other patients so I shifted over one space in front of the AT&T store. I was told not to come in as symptoms related to COVID, they are precautious. Terrible service. My Daughter left untreated and was told she was not allowed in the building with her sinus infection symptoms. Two days later she ended up with horrific vertigo due to an untreated sinus infection and was told by the MA at quick care that they could not help her and she needed to go to urgent care. They don’t even deserve one star. Avoid this place!

If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment it is automatically cancelled. And yes, even 7 minutes... And yes, it will be cancelled even if it is a hybrid appointment and you are sitting in front of their doors before your appointment time. Being "late" is not reaching the receptionist by phone before 5 minutes after your appointment time. And YES, you are late if you try to fill out the pre-appointment evaluation they send you, while sitting in your car in front of their doors. Because it can take more than 5 mi... read more
