Omar did a good job with the drafting aspect of the job, but beware of his quotes and billing when contracting an engineer for engineering plans. He has refused to resolve my concern when I called him out on his fraud when I found out the actual engineer cost. All he did was provide an explanation for his mark up AFTER I had paid not knowing he had a 50% mark up on engineer costs, in violation of Texas DPCA section 17.12 and 17.46. Omar took my project from design to completion and we are thrilled with our ADU. We had initially hired QuickCAD Drafting and Design to just do the initial designs. They had great suggestions and were accommodating of revisions as we worked through the design. We eventually hired Omar to manage construction and the project was delivered per designs and we love it.
Timely, accurate, and professional with a quick turn around time. I found my new go to for as builts and any other drafting & design needs. Thank you Omar!
