If I could give negative stars I can. My car was towed for parking tickets and they wouldn’t release my car over registration. Once I proved that I was current on my registration they still held onto to rack up storage fees. So I had to wait all weekend to ask for a document at a tag agency that I didn’t even need. Also, they charge $40 for servicing you after 5pm, because they are predatory. Stay away.
HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND
The front desk lady was so nasty, she’s so unprofessional, no one in that building have any answers to any questions about invoice or price break downs. The front desk lady yelled at me when asking questions, she had the same answer to every question. Be careful when parking in Norman, horrible company to work with.
Negative 5 stars. Absolutely the worst. Norman police arrested me over a $135 municipal cash warrant quick wrecker impounded my truck and trailer while I was helping a senior citizen move that didn't have neone else helping. Total cost 948 dollars for five days. $443 hook up fee 345 for storage 35 after hours fee 19 first letter 30 second letter 48 bucks for tax. The worst part is that now my truck now has a stretched 1st gear . I'm calling a lawyer and the okla corporation commission
