I love QWL OMG When I started the plan I was hesitate about losing weight and eating the right foods Once I got started I started eating the right foods and the weight started coming off. I'm not at my goal yet bcuz I signed up st the end of March And pushing towards my goal date. Thank you to the staff at the south park meadows location!
