I have had a wonderful experience with QWL. I love the easy access to the location. I LOVE the staff there, especially Matthew who is a wealth of knowledge, motivation, and encouragement. The center is always very clean and inviting. The plan itself if very manageable and easy to follow and it works! Again, the staff there are real people who don't expect and "all or nothing" perfection when it comes to following the plan.
