Should give them 0 but it is not possible...the worst company I have ever worked with. While they are trying to sell you the load everything is going to be like a fairy tail, after that only you will get from them are going to be lies, lies, lies...and a lot of lies again. More than 7 days trying to get a TONU from them but no one answers to my calls, no one reply to emails...if you want waste your time, money and nerves - go ahead and book a load with them!
We have been trying to get some pallets picked up for 4 business days with promises of Friday and Monday pickup. The pickups were missed and I keep getting vague answers with no results. Ben told my college that he would check with the carrier but I never responded back. Jenny and my college went back and forth and 6 days, 4 business days later my stuff is still sitting here. Just stating facts I will let you decide.
On top of just being a good company... they're very knowledgeable with customer portals, and scheduling requirements, and just in general they get the job done, they take the headache out of shipping, and at the same time - great rates.
