We wanted to make Cinco de Mayo special for our teachers this year during Teacher Appreciation Week. When we found out the following things about Quick Time Burritos and Tacos we were sold! The meat is purchased local and never frozen. Scott makes his salsa, queso, and beans from scratch and daily. The corn shells are GF. It's fresh and delicious food for pretty darn cheap!
