Extremely disappointed with the customer service. My mother was treated poorly and made to feel like she was the problem rather than being helped with a genuine concern. The staff openly spoke negatively about other customers in front of everyone, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. When my mother brought up an issue, they showed no interest in resolving it or making it right. We won’t be returning.
Always get wonderful, honest service from Kaden’s. Highly recommend them!
