This place is the worst. They over charge then hang up on you when you call regarding refunds. Honestly the people are jerks as well with a bad attitude.

The worse of the worse. The customer service is awful. An Asian lady who can’t speak to you clearly, has an awful attitude, hangs up the phone, and her answer to the device not turning your car on is bring it and we’ll remove the device. So unprofessional!! They know obviously we need the device to be able to drive and take advantage. They make you service t more often to charge you hidden fees they never let you know from the beginning.
