I totally recommend! The staff is great, I trust them 100% to diagnose and fix my old bike. I felt as though they had my best interest in mind!
As a female bike shopper who had been turned off by my visit to a competitor, I appreciated being treated as a customer, first and foremost. Whereas the competitor griped that my preferred bike brand had "too many models" & indicated I was shopping too late in the model year to get what I wanted, Quick Stop had the exact bike (in the exact colors) I was looking for, leading to a quick sale for the enthusiastic staffer. The entire crew did a great job. I am not from the Marquette area so I called up there a few times before coming up and they were extremely helpful and patient when I asked questions about where to ride. Also, even though the don't know me, I asked them if they would put some product aside for me and I would pick it up when I came up there the following weekend.
