I was charged over $700 for a converter that was never changed; original parts are still on my car, we took it back for repairs under warranty and NOTHING was done. The stated that it was my transmission.

Honor, Integrity, Professional, Fair, these are just a few of the words I would use to describe this place. When I first visited this business I was immediately impressed by the friendlyness of the staff. I also remember a sign that stated “ We will only charge you for work and parts needed.” I remembered that because I had never seen a sign like that in an Auto repair shop. I was impressed. I was referred to this shop to the a look at my flex pipe. I knew what the problem was and during the evaluation he talked to me like I was stupid. Then he tells me how he's gonna fix it to avoid anymore damage and the whole time was disrespectful. After the repair, a different mechanic comes in and says it's all fixed. I asked what he did and he tells me he used a magic ball and poof it was fixed. I asked again and as ignored! I said what is your warranty and he says as soon as we see your tail lights!
