After spending several weeks asking around, I found Quick Start SEP on Craigslist and gave James a call. He came out, took a look at the mower and identified the problem. We loaded up the mower and he had it fixed in several days. I found him to be reasonably priced, honest, and direct in explaining the problem. Highly recommended.
