If I could give a no star I would. Working with their budget truck rentals was great until I received a call 28 hours before our big move informing me that we did not have a truck for the move. Since we all know moving is stressful by itself add on the fact that the truck that you have RESERVED is not available because Budget Corporate decided to screw over the storage company and take all their trucks.
