If I could give a zero star rating—or perhaps even a negative one—I would :D This was the rudest, most unprofessional, experience I’ve had in a hot minute. I arrived to get my smog checked 30 minutes before closing and, at my husband’s (previously used this establishment) advice, I waited in my car for someone to help me. Apparently, I missed a sign saying to check in at the front office but instead of simply telling me this with words, this man stared at me like I was an idiot and banged on the sign aggressively. The guy working there is a very unhappy person and I won't be going back despite the low price.
Rude and unprofessional… There is a smog place on the corner of Grand and Lamont with easier access and more professional.
I smog my Beetle here every 2 years. It’s great to support a local small business. In and out quickly. There’s a Macaw parrot to keep you company in the lobby while you wait.
