UPDATE: It’s 12-18-24 and I still have not heard back from anyone. Corporate or the business owner hasn’t replied to this review or my email to their support email address. Took my car through the was and the exit is a downward curved slope, the employees did not salt the ramp out. I didnt even get to put my car in drive before it started sliding down the exit and hit the curb, causing damage to my vehicle. It bent the lower control arm and is going to cost me 500 dollars to fix
