We needed a new roof after a hail storm damaged over a hundred homes in our area. We picked QR for their experience and great reputation for efficiency and they definitely delivered. Charles Stump was our point of contact and he was fantastic—always responsive and took the time to explain everything, including the back-and-forth with our insurance company and the supplement process. If you want a team that knows the industry and communicates well, QR is the way to go.
