Warranty and workmanship backing in my opinion: I purchased a Meritage home, closed in 2020. Quick roofing did the roof and did not install underlayment on a portion, not detected until June 2026 after leaking. The poor workmanship and installation of the roof has resulted in numerous leaks and over 30 nail pops. Plastic was not removed on all shingles for Tar to adhere. Excellent service and super friendly. Christian Mauldin came to check my roof and clear some branches and debris as I just purchased a home. He is great! I would recommend this company, and especially Christian, to anyone needing their services!
I have recently sustained significant damage to my roof due to strong winds. Christian came out and assess the damage and is now working with me and my home owners insurance. Christian has been very professional, kind and empathetic and working hard to put my mind at ease during this stressful time.
