Joy was very pleasant to work with and provided timely responses and a quick turnaround on my order.
I have only ordered from QRP a couple times, but, each time it has been smooth and easy to place my order. It helps that the items I've ordered were re-orders, so, there isn't a lot I needed to do other than ask for the item. In other words, I didn't need to provide a logo.
