It’s so funny that his google business page said “reliable”. Ruben agreed to come and gave me a price and the time 12pm that he will be arriving and then complete ghosted me. I even followed up around 3pm asking if he was going to be able to make it still and no response at all. Totally wasted my time, being honest saying you couldn’t make it would’ve been much better and more professional than complete ghosting me while I was waiting around for his arrival.
