Yesterday, March 20, 2025 GIOVANNI VASQUEZ arrived for my twice yearly Trane servicing. I own a 6 year old Trane that was installed on March 20, 2019, by QUICK Refrigeration. Giovanni is an outstanding technician. He is happy and very polite and certainly knowledgeable about my Trane system. He doesn't rush through his inspection of the entire system. Jay, Noe and Albert were solid contributors to customer satisfaction. If I had a concern or question in the process, they addressed it thoroughly. These gentlemen were about business and possessed people skills that are a dying trait these days. Process: Consult with a detailed contractual plan and price, duct cleaned and complete split union install……Jay inspected what he expected, minor adjustments made and the last topic AFTER we were completely satisfied…..$.
We recently had our new AC installed by Roberto, Alex and Tony. They were great and did an amazing job. But I also have to mention Albert and Noey who did our duct cleaning. They were very friendly and thoroughly cleaned all of our vents and floors afterwards. Amazing service from start to finish. Thank you Jay for explaining everything before and after the installation of our new AC. Very happy with our experience. Highly recommend upgrading your AC, especially with the hot summers here in Yuma.
The heating portion of my unit went out and I called Quick Refrigeration to set up an appointment for a service call. The agent was on time, very professional, very courteous and found the problem with that a matter of minutes. Work was complete and everything is working fine.
