Ordered a new one of their Tachometers from one of their dealers in April, couple months later installed it and tried it and it wouldn’t even turn on. Contacted Ted and was told to send it in. Was told on the phone the serial number was a few years prior manufacture date, and their dealer must have had it on the shelf for a while.
