Do not use quick quack. Went through on Sunday in 4Runner that is not even a year old and it completely took off my mirror cover. Which caused it to have damage and chips. Made an incident report and was told they can’t prove it was their machine that caused the damage. But if they pull up the footage they can clearly see my car pull into the machine with my mirror cover fully intact 0 damage and see the footage of it completely flying off.
I've never been through any locations of this wash without damage to my vehicle, whether it's small scratches in the paint, minor dents from the brush contacting my vehicle or this time it ripped off my rear window wiper... This is unacceptable I thought maybe this was just a fluke but it's been 3 times of actual value damage to my vehicle. Edit: they've now dodged me for weeks, won't return phone calls and keeps referring me to a customer service rep out of state. I am going to speak honestly from my heart everybody that works here is extremely kind and friendly and very very personable. I am grateful that I pulled in here today for the free car wash and I signed up for monthly Also, wonderful car wash wonderful people everything here was just wonderful
