I had the best experience here! I went today with my mom to wash my husbands car after getting back from a small deployment (his car was a total mess!!) and when we pulled in they were sadly closed, no biggie; But as we were getting ready to turn around and head out the nicest person walked out, I’m so sad I didn’t get her name, super nice person with short hair. Very fast and nice service I support them-❤️
Usually a good experience. I have a membership and my car on file was totaled. I tried telling the staff, but they couldn’t find my account until I looked it up on the tablet myself. They then told me that to remove the old car and add the new one that I would have to pay (after I already pointlessly paid for a wash just prior) Pretty frustrated. Spent 22$ on a wash that I should not have had to. Hoping this gets visibility so I can have this problem fixed, or I’ll take my meager business somewhere else.
