Sad to have to be that guy but I had heard plenty of stories (both from people I know and otherwise) who say QQ never takes accountability. Which I recently learned. I had a QQ membership for a year, didn't necessarily have any complaints but I SWEAR there are rocks in those rollers as somehow my new car just kept getting more and more itty-bitty scratches when I barely even drive it.
