This place is a joke. The people who load the cars into the car wash are grossly inexperienced, and have no clue what they’re doing. A month and a half ago a truck that was loaded in wrong veered off of the track and my husband‘s car kept bumping into him damaging our car. We reached out to quick quack, at least 10 times about the situation and we kept getting told that we would get a response within the next 48 hours. They blame customers for incidents that could have been avoided if tunnel employees would listen and pay more attention. Would not recommend

I love getting my car washed here, and I love that they provide towels for you, compressed air and the most powerful vacuums ever. However, they seriously need to implement a Long-term customer appreciation incentive. I've had the "best" unlimited washes package for over 3 yrs continuously, and pay the same amount as someone who just signs up. No breaks for loyalty. Other than that, no complaints.

Before Quick Quack, my car was a dull, joyless chariot of dust. Strangers would avoid eye contact. Birds would circle overhead, sensing weakness.
