I had never washed my car before through these automated machines and always washed in touchless . Well i decided to give it try and just within 3 washes i got a scratch. Filed a complaint and they denied claim with all nonsense pre drafted email. When asked for evidence (footage) they denied . If you love your car , don’t go here. These businesses don’t deserve to be there if they cant fix damages made by thr machines. Avoid at all cost. I would be looking to file case in small court claims.

Honestly this is by far the worst location this company has. I go to multiple locations that are close to locations I work at and have no issues. I will go to this one sometimes because it’s close to my house and 50% of the time they can’t even find my membership! I don’t have this issue at any other location except this one! 2 weeks ago I went in and they told me my membership expired so I just paid full price for a one time wash.
