Hudson is a great help, very knowledgeable and suggested things that made my experience great.
I really like this Quick Quack location. I’ve been to many of them, and this was the first one where employees were actually walking around afterward to make sure customers were satisfied with their wash. Shout out to Joey and Maddox for the great hospitality and for stopping by to check that I was happy with my wash.
Hudson helped me out today, excellent customer service. There was some confusion last week with a double charge but it was handled very professionally and I was glad that Hudson was the one working today. I really like this quick quack location, they’re helpful and I’m always happy with the wash.

This location damaged my brand new 2026 Truck. On top of that, despite following the process to file a complaint with the store, the store "leader" refuses to call me back. It has now been 1.5 months since it was damaged. I've reported it to customer care and have been told there's nothing they can do, the store leader must handle it. DO NOT VIST THIS LOCATION, or any other Quick Quack if you value your paint and clear coat. It's sad that I've been a customer for almost 30 years and this is how I'm treated.
