easy and fast, they decided that they would not pay for something that clearly broke inside the car wash, but they wash their hands of it saying that they have seen the videos and that it is not their fault, when clearly it was inside the wash, take responsibility for your business, we are clients and thanks to us who have a membership you make a profit, but now I will stop using you and I hope many people do it because you only damage and scratch the cars too much, I hope after this you take responsibility for the things th... read more
