So far everything is great !! My car using the recently added ceramic coating is really worth the few extra dollars. Especially if you are prone to small tree droppings. After a few times through with ceramic added tree spots wipe off easily. Staff is friendly and always walking through vacuum area keeping it clean. Sometimes they have you enter the wash area a little to close for comfort. Do what I do and tell them you like more room front and rear. They listen with no problem.
