I’ve been a member at this Quick Quack location for years, since it first opened, and this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had here. A new employee was extremely rude and unprofessional while directing vehicles into the wash. I’ve always had good experiences at this location until now, so I hope management provides better training for new employees, both in customer service and vehicle guidance.
$40 a month for this thing to constantly be out of commission.. Cancelling membership for sure.
