We have a membership and this is our first time coming to this location. We live on a dirt road and our wheel wells are often muddy and car is covered in dust. We showed up at this location and pulled through. An employee rudely stopped us and said that we would need to go home and spray off the mud from our car before going through the wash. She claimed that the mud would get all over the car wash and damage it. We explained that our car is always in this condition and we have never been turned away from any other location.... read more
