Really disappointed in quick quack. Took our truck through this location on June 2nd and it tore off our driver's side deployable running board. Been washing this truck in the same manner for years without incident. We were told that someone would reach out to us within 3 days. It wasn't until I opened a complaint on BBB a month later that quick quack finally contacted us. They then took no accountability for the damage and actually blamed us for the damage.
