Had my side mirror destroyed in the car wash. Filled out an incident report and the employee was great. This happened on a Monday and I was told I would be contacted within 3 business days about the issue. By Thursday I hadn’t heard anything. Contacted customer service via phone and was told technically it hadn’t been 3 business days because the managers don’t work Monday (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday adds to 3 I think?) told me to wait another day and I would be contacted.
