March 16, 2026 I came in for a car wash around 9:30 AM. An attendant approached me and tried to sell me a membership. I declined and explained that I previously had a membership but allowed it to expire because the car wash was frequently broken down, which became frustrating. The attendant responded that they had recently upgraded their equipment and now handle repairs themselves, which has significantly reduced downtime. I still declined the membership.
