Their mistake cost me over $1,500 by improperly installing a starter! The simplest of jobs. My starter failed so I had it towed on a flatbed to the shop. Instead of pushing it in to save time and inconvenience they opted to try and start it knowing full well it was dropped off with a flatbed and a bad starter. They got it to start drove it in took out the bad starter put on the new one and then it was a brick. Travis calls me and says there's something more wrong with your van.
